The system allows you to create customized checklists that you can use to determine compliance with internal or external safety procedures and standards.  For example, you may create a checklist to monitor compliance with the General Classroom Conditions standards that have been promulgated by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

 

Fully integrated with our Alerts system, administrators can be notified when users have completed a checklist and then mark it as reviewed in the system.  If any follow-up action is needed, tasks can be easily assigned to the appropriate personnel.

Create any type of checklist to track information easier and more efficiently, such as:

  • Lighting and electrical conditions throughout the school building(s)are working properly
  • Playgrounds, tracks, sports fields, and other outdoor areas on school groundsare safe
  • Classroom Conditions are up to standards
  • Fire extinguishers, alarms, and other safety devices are in proper place
  • Fire and evacuation drills, and crisis procedures are performed poperly
  • Inventory of hazardous materials is properly checked
