We provide a number of training options to help you get the most out of Cosyze. Training may be done onsite at your school or school district, online, or at our training facility in Lansdale, PA. We offer standardized training courses, but we can also work with you to customize a training plan that is better suited to your specific needs. If desired, we will also help a school district to train its staff using a “train the trainer” approach.
After the system has been implemented and your initial users are trained, you have the option of purchasing additional follow-up training at any time in the future. A school or school district may elect to purchase follow-up training for a number of reasons, including the need to train new hires, the desire to take a review/refresher course on the system or certain aspects of it, and the transition of an employee from a specialized user of the system who is familiar with only limited aspects of Cosyze to a more general user.
