In addition to providing our customers with the most powerful and innovative school climate and safety system available, we back Cosyze with superior customer support services that complement and add value to the system.  Our customers understand the value we place on long-term business relationships, and our pledge is to provide them with prompt, knowledgeable, and professional support services.

Schools and school districts may acquire Cosyze either on a subscription basis or by purchasing software licenses for the system.  Customers that acquire Cosyze on a subscription basis are entitled to customer support services at no additional cost.  On the other hand, schools and school districts that acquire software licenses for the Cosyze system enter into a separate contract for the purchase of customer support/maintenance services for the Cosyze system.

Our customers under a support contract will have access to up-to-date online resources to assist IT professionals deploy and configure the system and help users learn how to use the system.  Likewise, customers will have access to security updates and feature enhancements as they become available.
