Because of the flexibility offered by Cosyze's intuitive interface, data capture is easy for simple incidents, such as unexecused absence or bullying, to complex incidents, including school fights or illegal drug distribution.

With our powerful reporting functionality, you can view incidents listed or broken down by a wide variety of filters and factors to gain insight in safety performance in your schools.  Likewise, incident information is integrated throughout the system, so you can view your incidents by locations in your floor plan maps as well as view the incident and responsive action history in any person records.

Identify Incident Hot Spots

Because the system is flexible and allows you to collect comprehensive information, the number and nature of the reports you can generate is considerable.  You can generate reports to perform analyses on individual students, on individual schools within your district, or for the entire school district.  The reports you generate can be very focused and specific, such as reports for a particular grade or class. 

The system also includes a floor plan mapping component that can help you to discover areas on school grounds that need special attention, such as the specific locations where frequent accident or criminal activity has historically occurred. Thus the system can alert you to dangerous trends, recurring disciplinary and criminal offenses, and potential “hot spots” so that targeted and appropriate measures can be taken.

Alerts and Notifications

Cosyze includes alerts and notification functionality that rival some dedicated systems.  With Cosyze, you can communicate to your users effeciently by creating an unlimited number of predefined messages and distribution lists.  You can either assign users to a distribution lists, or they can subscribe to them.  With Cosyze you can configure the privacy of the distribution lists or alerts, so that only certain users or groups will be able to subscribe to them.  Likewise, you can designate a message as either an emergency message or a regular one, so that your users can specify different message delivery settings for each type.

Users can specify to receive messages either by email or SMS text message to their phone.  Delivery is fast and efficient, so that your users will be notified of any event or incident as quickly as possible.

Finally, alerts and notifications are integrated throughout the system.  Users can receive notifications triggered by an event in the system, such as a certain type of incident has occurred or a person's stress level has reached a certain level.
