Flexible and Detailed Reporting

Cosyze provides a flexible reporting tool which allows you to generate a variety of reports, many of which can be customized to some degree.  These reports can give you a snapshot of the state of affairs at your institution and help you to analyze what you need to do to address disciplinary and other safety concerns.  The reports can also provide a basis for safety-related and other information you provide to school administrators, parents, local police, the press, and others and help in the preparation of reports on school violence and safety that are required by governmental agencies.

Because the system is flexible and allows you to collect comprehensive information, the number and nature of the reports you can generate is considerable.  You can generate reports to perform analyses on individual students, on individual schools within your district, or for the entire school district.  The reports you generate can be very focused and specific, such as reports for a particular grade or class.  The system also includes a floor mapping component that can help you to discover areas on school grounds that need special attention, such as the specific locations where frequent accident or criminal activity has historically occurred. Thus the system can alert you to dangerous trends, recurring disciplinary and criminal offenses, and potential “hot spots” so that targeted and appropriate measures can be taken.

Get a More Complete Picture

Get a full picture of the ecosystem around your students.  Cosyze allows you to track more than just basic academic information, but allows you to capture a wealth of information collected from various sources and individuals for each of your students.  You can easily access the following information available for each student:

  • Person relationships: any personal relationships, such as parents and emergency contacts, other family members, friendships, pastors, or any other positive or negative relationship of note.
  • Group involvement: includes involvement in school sponsored groups, such as specific clubs sports for certain periods or non-school sponsored groups such as community organizations or involvement with gangs
  • Incident involvement: allows you to view specific incidents with which a person is involved, and how they were involved (offender, victim, witness, etc.).
  • Disciplinary history: allows you to view all disciplinary or responsive action received by a student, with access to the incident details just a click away
  • Student assessments: View assessments of any kind for a student recorded by other users to monitor their growth and development, review any meeting of note, or for any other useful purpose
  • Stressor history: With the innovative Stress Level Indicator SystemTM, you can view the stressors recorded by a user in the system, as well as a stress level history chart that displays a visual of a student's stressor history.

Customized Checklists

Customized checklists allow you to keep your staff accountable by streamlining the process of collecting routine information.  These checklists are flexible and can use to determine compliance with internal or external safety procedures and standards.  For example, you may create a checklist to monitor compliance with the General Classroom Conditions standards that have been promulgated by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.  Click here for more information about checklists.
